Tim enjoyed a highly successful, record-breaking rugby career, representing England, the British and Irish Lions, and the Barbarians. Renowned for his composure under pressure, he became best known for his clutch goal-kicking, playing a decisive role in Leicester Tigers' back-to-back European Cup victories and five consecutive Premiership titles.
An Anthropology graduate from Durham University, Tim transitioned seamlessly into business, delivering senior Business Development and Performance roles across multiple sectors. His approach is simple and pragmatic: be useful, remove obstacles, and help people move faster.
Driven by that philosophy, Tim is an associate partner at Walk Through Walls and helped establish the Conversion Collective, working on businesses while owners are deep in the day-to-day reality of their organisations. The focus is on practical momentum, not theory.
Alongside this, Tim has spent more than 30 years building trusted networks through hosting high-impact dinners, conferences, and golf days, creating the environments where relationships form, decisions are made, and opportunities convert.
